This is not a picture of Charlotte in pain, but rather of rejoicing (although it is hard to tell the difference sometimes). St. Louis opened the Citygarden a couple of weeks ago and it is quite frankly amazing. We headed with some friends downtown on Market/ 8th Ave to check it out.
The sign says:
"You won't find walls or fences, admissions fees or do not touch signs, because at Citygarden you are always free. Free to explore. Free to play. Free to feel inspired."
So we explored...
we played...
and we were inspired.
This one however, kind of freaked her out and she didn't want to get close. So we were inspired from a distance....
The water features were brilliant. We jumped right in.
Charlie and Reagan laughing it up.
Part of the mission of the park is to be "local", so of course we had to help support the local economy by buying the locally made strawberry ice cream. Yummy.
